1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bozapps.co.uk. The site is operated by Bozmaps Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (the "we"/"us"). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What we offer

This site is the marketing and portfolio site for BozApps, our app and web development studio. Nothing on this site is a binding offer of services. Engagements are agreed in writing via a separate proposal and signed contract.

3. Intellectual property

Content on this site — text, images, graphics, illustrations and screenshots of our own work — is owned by Bozmaps Ltd or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

Screenshots of client work shown on the Work pages are used either with the client's permission or because the underlying client site is publicly accessible.

4. Use of the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information via the contact form
• Send automated requests other than those compliant with our robots.txt

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability arising out of use of this site is limited to £100.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
