MHU Stays
A direct-booking site for a London serviced apartment.

What we built
A direct-booking website for MHU Stays, a serviced apartment in Vauxhall, central London. Guests check live availability, see transparent nightly pricing and book direct without OTA fees, while the calendar stays in sync with the booking channels so dates never double-book. Built on Next.js 16 with Hospitable for property and calendar management, Stripe for payments and Resend for confirmations, plus an owner portal behind the scenes.
Highlights
- Book-direct flow with live availability and Stripe payments
- Channel-synced calendar so direct and OTA bookings never clash
- Owner portal and automated guest emails, live on its own domain

How it was built
Like every project at BozApps, this was designed, built, deployed and (where the engagement included it) operated end-to-end by the same engineer. Production defaults — TypeScript strict, row-level security on the database, structured logging, accessibility audits, schema.org structured data, GDPR-compliant cookie handling — are included by default, not added at the end.
